Hello I am Austin Hansen.
A tech professional, entrepreneur, and YouTube creator based in Springfield, Illinois.
I work for the Department of Innovation and Technology for the State of Illinois and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Security with a Minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
I founded Hansen’s Tech LLC to offer local IT helpdesk services, custom websites, and tech consulting. I also run Austin’s Lab on YouTube, where I earned YouTube Partnership in 2025 by creating tech reviews, tutorials, and security tips.
Technology is my passion — whether it’s building, fixing, creating, or teaching.
